Here’s my current gym routine:

  • Monday: Deadlift, Squats, Core
  • Tuesday: Bench Press, Rows, Shoulders
  • Wednesday: Active Rest (Light cardio, stretching)
  • Thursday: Squats, Deadlift, Upper Body
  • Friday: Bench Press, Core, Cardio
  • Saturday: Full Body
  • Sunday: Rest

Nutrition is key to any fitness journey. Here’s what I’m focusing on:
