Here’s my current gym routine:
- Monday: Deadlift, Squats, Core
- Tuesday: Bench Press, Rows, Shoulders
- Wednesday: Active Rest (Light cardio, stretching)
- Thursday: Squats, Deadlift, Upper Body
- Friday: Bench Press, Core, Cardio
- Saturday: Full Body
- Sunday: Rest
